Praz Pure Water Inc. uses secure data encryption for all credit card ordering on the Internet. None of the information presented by you, will be shared with anyone else except as required by law. Because we value our reputation, Praz Pure Water does not engage in telemarketing and only contacts customers if additional information is needed. Within Premier, your customer information may be used to send you such items as special offers, bi-annual filter change reminders, or to ascertain the proper address for a product order.

WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER:

If any part of your Praz Pure Water Inc. Reverse Osmosis System is defective in wormkanship (excluding replaceable filters), return unit, less the tank. Within 1 year of date of original purchase, Praz Pure Water Inc. will repair or, at Praz Pure Water Inc. option, replace it at no charge. On Commercial and Industrial systems extra Warranty can be purchased for up to 10 years from the date ot the original Purchase.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

For warranty service, please call for return authorization number before returning items. No credit or exchange will be given without a valid RGA number. To obtain your authorization number, you will need to provide us with the reason for return, the date of purchase. All returns must be received within 25 days of the RGA number.

WHAT YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation. Or contrary to Praz Pure Water Inc. printed instructions, from abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, neglect alteration, accidents, casualties, fire, flood, freezing, environmental factors, or acts of God.

This warranty will be voided if defects occur due to failure to observe the following conditions:

The Reverse Osmosis System must be hooked up to a cold water supply.
The pH of the water must not be lower than 3 or higher than 11.
The water pressure must be between 40 and 80 pounds per square inch.
Incoming water to the R.O. cannot exceed 105' F (40.5' C).
Incoming TDS/Total Dissolved Solids not to exceed 2000 PPM.
Claims: This warranty does not cover any equipment, which is relocated from the site of its original installation.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

PRAZ PURE WATER INC. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

PRAZ PURE WATER INC. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRAVEL EXPENSES, TELEPHONE CHARGES, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, AND DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE EQUIPMENT AND ITS FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY.
